Train like a man, look like a goddess

You can train like a man and look like a stunning woman. We don’t mean work out with weights until you look like a bodybuilder (although that’s fine if it’s what you want), or lose so much body fat that your periods stop.

We mean training hard and right to seriously tone flabby bits.  For instance, do squats. I tried a YouTube 100 squats challenge (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fF71IJUXGOk ), TWICE. About Instructor: Cassey Ho is a Pilates instructor, YouTube fitness Guru, healthy living blogger, and designer of oGorgeous yoga bags.

And my butt didn’t even get big from all the squats. It just felt a lot more “tight”, in other words, firm. Just be sure to check that you’re doing it right.
