Looking for a unique fun exercise programme? Join a ballet-inspired barre class! When I was living in New York, I dragged my boyfriend to a barre class with me and we had so much fun! (not that he would ever admit it) Inspired by the movements of ballerinas and ballerinos, barre classes focus on the “tough” areas to shake off – Tummy, Butt, Thighs. The exercises were simple, little movements were used to target major muscle groups. For a whole hour, I felt like I was in a scene from Swan Lake. By the end of the class you are sure to feel more flexible and coordinated…like a ballerina!
