  1. Molton Brown – Blackpepper / Paradisiac Pink Pepperpod Bath & Shower Gel, $52.90,

bath Molton Brown

Molton Brown has the honour of being the first of my luxe toiletries. I first got hooked on Molton Brown’s famous Blackpepper wash while doing post-graduate studies in the UK.

Spicy, warm yet totally invigorating, it was love at first sniff for me.

The lovely blend patchouli / vetiver plus pepper pods and African ginger, (which can only be found in the Gulf of Guinea on the West Coast of Africa) remains my favourite bodywash.

  1. Dr Haushka Lemon Bath Oil

The scent of a room filled with Dr Hauskha’s lemon bath oil is enough to wind me down a few notches.  My facial therapist at Dr Hauskha starts a facial by cleansing my face with a towel soaked with warm water infused with lemon bath oil. I have gotten so used to the ritual that I bought it to enjoy it at home.
No more grim mornings with this fresh and invigorating bath oil.
