Simply slice a generous amount of watermelon or cucumber (or both!) along with a full lemon cut into wedges and toss them into a jug or pitcher. Add a handful of fresh mint leaves and fill the jug with water. Let it sit in the fridge overnight!

(Note: Why these ingredients? Watermelon and cucumber contain the organic compound Citrulline, which helps the body flush out toxins; lemon and mint help stimulate the digestive tract and add flavor!)
