Healthy Anti-Aging The Natural Way

Everyone wants to look young, and age beautifully. However, not everyone is lucky enough to achieve that. In fact, it actually takes a lot of effort to take care of your skin. Skincare is a long-term commitment and you have to be disciplined in order to achieve results.

Here are some tips for you to age gracefully.

1.) Tea is not only for consumption. In fact, most teas are filled with anti-aging antioxidants.
White tea and green tea helps to battle wrinkles and increase cell turnover.
Mix some green tea powder into brewed white tea to create a face mask. Use 2-3 times per week for good results!

2.) Don’t ignore other parts of your body – the hands are very important too. Mix sugar and lemon juice to create a scrub for the hands. The sugar will help to exfoliate dull and dead skin while the lemon juice helps to peel away the layer of dead skin cells. When your hands are exfoliated, your moisturizers will penetrate better and hence, resulting in better skin.

3.) Lastly, your food intake. Add fruits to your diet, especially blueberries, strawberries, cranberries and raspberries. These berries are loaded with antioxidants which saves the cells from premature aging. Plus, replacing fruits with some of your daily snacks will keep you in better shape – hence you will feel and look better!

Aging is inevitable, but if you’re going to go through it, make sure you do it with some style!
